Two vendors who publish their prices. Here is how they differ.
Famly is the European leader entering the US and, like us, it publishes its prices: per child, from about $49 a month. Its family communication is excellent, and it launched CACFP meal reporting in May 2026 with point-of-service logging and monthly claims. DaycareLogix prices per center rather than per child, checks the claim against the meal pattern before you file, adds medication administration and body-map incident reports, and runs adult day programs on the same record.

Centers that would rather pay a flat monthly price that does not grow with enrollment, want the claim checked before it goes to the sponsor, and need eMAR, incident and licensing records — or run adult day alongside childcare.
Moving from Famly
The roster imports from a spreadsheet, so an export from Famly is enough to start: each child, their room, a guardian and any allergies come across in one pass, with every row checked before it is committed. Staff are invited by email. Attendance and meal counts begin on the day you switch. If you would rather we load it, reply to any email from us with the file attached and we do it the same day. Nothing is deleted on our side if you decide not to stay: a lapsed trial goes read-only.
